The Challenge
Eagle-Redwood transports much of the wine produced in Napa and Sonoma counties. Dispatching, tracking, and invoicing lived in paper and spreadsheets — and downtime literally stops trucks.
The Solution
A Vue application on a Node/Koa2 API with MariaDB replication: GPS routes with stops, batch invoice printing, and full search — engineered for uptime with CloudWatch monitoring and 5-second DNS failover.
